Marketing manager & seller
We are now looking for a marketing manager and seller of our tiny houses in Finland. You should have an education and experience in sales or marketing, as well as experience of administrative work. You need to live in Finland and need to be fluent in Finnish, English, and preferably even in Swedish. You should share our interest in creating a more sustainable and free way of living, a passion for architecture, interior design and houses - even those that are tiny. You should be creative, innovative and driven, and be able to create and communicate structure in projects and workflows.
Your main task will consist of supervising marketing and sales within the Finnish market.
Channels can be anything from online sales platforms, social media, newspapers, TV and fairs, to innovative ideas such as your own blog, a video series or a Finland tour. Create and renew ads and other marketing materials. Update the finnish translation of our website. Answer emails and telephone calls from Finnish customers and handle orders, ie. manage communication between customers and production.
In addition to these tasks, you will get a chance to help out exactly where needed. This can mean anything from finding new smart solutions that make our houses even more energy efficient and environmentally friendly, to holding exhibitions of our houses or building partnerships with other companies that share our vision.
Education and experience in sales with sustainability in focus - preferably in a related industry such as e.g. the construction industry
Alternatively: education and experience in marketing
Experience of administrative office work
Fluent Finnish and English in speech and writing is a requirement. It is advantageous if you also speak Swedish.
Easy to write texts (for advertising, posts on social media, responding to emails, etc.)
Knowledge in environmentally friendly construction is a plus
Self-propelled and structured with a good habit of planning and organizing projects
Motivation and personal qualities are highly valued
The scope is initially 50% and the work is done entirely from home. To be able to get to know each other, we start with a probationary period of 3 months, starting as soon as possible.
